Every number comes from a real filing

Straight from Companies House
The price comes from the buyer's accounts; revenue, profit, cash and debt from the target's own accounts for its last full year before the sale.
One click to the source
Every figure links to the page of the filing it was read from, like the one shown here. Every valued deal is checked by our advisers against both filings.
Honest about gaps
When the filings cannot support a valuation, the deal is still listed, with the one reason it has none.
